Simple to use

My Turbo Tax experience pleasant. The prompt were easy to follow. My only recommendation is that I could click on or hover over calculation to see how they were calculated. For example, my federal withholding was adjusted due to additional medicare tax withholdings. It took a while for me to understand why the withholding amount was not th same as the amount on my W-2.

Faster the better- They double check too

Fast and easy and I am glad it is done. Taxes always seem like a nightmare. Here I had control and a helpful eye behind me. The best part is I couldn't make a wrong turn. So much nicer than waiting for my returns to be done by someone else. My daughter recommend thar I use TurboTax and and having everything at my finger tips. I can fill in a blank -I loved it.

Online and on time!

I usually buy Turbo Tax at a store, but this year I did everything online. It was harder, but I got it all done in a day, so that part was good. My problems stemmed from my own difficulties with a new laptop computer.
One problem I had was with the general inflexibility of the program. On one W-2, the control number was 4. That was because we have less than 10 employees, and I am number 4. The program wouldn't accept anything less than 2 digits for a control number, so I had to think for myself and type in "04," which it accepted.
