It's easy to use. I've been filing my own taxes for years, even with having an HSA account. I do not like that I was FORCED to upgrade just because I have an HSA account this year. I most definitely would recommend to anyone that needs additional help, but if you know how to file taxes, do not use unless you want to pay a tad bit extra.
