Multiple account no loans avail

Logging in and verified codes failed on more than one occasion multiple accounts. I paid for services more than once and I still couldn’t figure out how to get a refund anticipation loan

Never See Exactly what you're paying for

When you check off on the products it never clearly shows what you're paying for until checkout time and then it's always a surprise. I use it simply for ease since I've used it for years. It's taxes, Turbotax gets their slice of the pie.
