WHY ARE YOU CHARGING PEOPLE TO FILE THEIR TAXES WE LITERALLY HAVE TO DO IT THIS SHOULD BE FREE AND WHY DO YOU SUDDENLY CHARGE SEPARATELY TO FILE STATE TAXES YOU ARE MORALLY CORRUPT GREEDY DOGS

Hidden Fees

It was very easy to use. I just didn't like the fees that stacked up. It was supposed to be free then I needed to upgrade just because I had an HSA account. So there was an upgrade fee and a processing fee, took about $100 which would have been the same if I went anywhere else.
Pros: I had a baby

only went with turbo tax so i didn't have to import data elsewhere. claiming to have a free system is a lie and tacking on the $40 on top of not being free? real classy! are the promises to new filers to be free of charge if they switch over correct? i doubt it.
