THE DUMBEST WAY TO FILE TAXES

IT WAS TERRIBLE. HOW DO YOU MARKET FOR FREE AND THEN CHARGE ME 79$ TO FILE MY TAXES. THAT IS ABSOLUTELY RIDICULOUS. THEN WHEN I PAY YALL DON'T TAKE ME TO THE SCREEN THAT I NEED TO BE ON-YOU MAKE ME GO AROUND IN CIRCLES. WHICH IS STUPID!!!!

Turbo Tax is awesome!

It's getting harder and harder to do taxes with so many changes. I LOVE Turbo Tax! They answer all my questions and are extremely helpful with all their updated information which is very easy to access! I've used them for several years and would highly recommend them.

They are using "rounding" to say that we need a correction form that is not included in the free option. Yes 1.44999999 does not equal 1.45 but my wife works for the federal government so clearly the federal government is okay with 1.449999. This is not a tool designed to help people, it is designed to extract money from people and create so much friction when they try to correct it that they just give up and pay the extra fee. Sadly we gave up this year because we are late and have so little time. However, this is the last year that Turbo Tax will get a cent from us.

User friendly but too many fees

Very user friendly but the fees are very high! You have to pay a fee for filing federal if you have a mortgage. Fee for filing state taxes. Fees if you need ecpert advice. Mine are simple not needed. Fees to paythe fees! Fee to receive uour refund!!!! OUCH! I won’t be using Turbo tax again! Too many fees.

Friendly System and Staff, Expensive Product

My service techs were very friendly and understanding. I felt the online pricing was misleading and not upfront as to the differences with the desktop version - especially since they are called the same things.
