What a joke.

I literally clicked the FREE OPTION THREE DIFFERENT TIMES while doing my tax return and you STILL forced me into the paid version which cost me 78 DOLLARS. I did my ENTIRE RETURN with the free version and ended up having to pay 78 dollars ANYWAYS. None of the benefits of paid version while having to pay the paid prices is crazy. I have used Turbotax for years. I am NEVER using you AGAIN. Thanks to fees overall my tax return went from $674 to about $550. I hate actually hate you guys. Never been so disappointed in a service in my life. Sorry to the poor employee that has to read this, I know it's not your fault.
