Turbo Tax is straight forward, helps with what needs to done pretty easily and has worked for me pretty these last years

Charged for deluxe when not needed

I had to pay for higher level than I needed and I couldn't redo my information as it kept taking me to deluxe edition for $0 dollars

Turbo Tax is easy to use

the initial process and assistance is good, however, I felt pressured into buying addtional things just to complete my filing. My taxes and life style is pretty straight forward and the additoinal fear of missing out is not needed. Addtionally. at the end of filing there was an additonal $40.00 fee added to the already fees and expensies I really didnt want to pay. Outside of the addtional costs accuracy and the access was an ease.

TurboTax is Great

I use turbo tax every year and even with the minimal fees it is worth it. Turbo tax is also very easy to use
