Turbo Worst than 2023

it took me 4 times as long to fill out my taxes as last year. I will not use Turbo last next year. I do not pay Michigan taxes. I paid into Michigan $382. From money I withdrew from my Merrill Edge account. I paid Michigan the $382. Each year I automatically get this money back from Michigan. This year my Michigan tax return shows $0. I opted out of my Turbo tax for Michigan because of this. I see no where to change anything in the Michigan Tax Forms?????? It shows the deduction in my federal returns. Tell me what happened??????????
