I wish that all of my information from last year's return was easily available to me. It also claims to be free but I've had to pay every year including my first year. I also wish it were easier to speak with a representative. Other than that the platform is easy and fast to use.

Very easy to use. Any questions you have are broken down for you. I finished our family taxes in under thirty minutes. They charge way less than other tax "experts" and haven't failed me so far. We have used turbo tax online for years and are never disappointed.
