TurboTAX SHOULD BE $19.99 FOR LOW INCOME EARNERS

The live expert was very helpful in lowering my filing fee. She explained that my filing fee was expensive because I had to include a 1099-MISC form, demanding that I use the Deluxe format. My position is that the form needed 3 clicks for ME to enter and should not have cost me anything. My filing status should be free due to my income level, and zero expert help. TurboTax should be free for filers under $75K. PLEASE MAKE SURE THAT YOU ACKNOWLEDGE THE LIVE EXPERT'S PROFESSIONALISM. BUT YOUR PRODUCT IS VERY MUCH LACKING.

Intuit is Crooked for Charging Students the Deluxe

Absolutely a disgrace that you make students upgrade to the Deluxe version just to enter a 1098-Q. Not only that, you make them enter it manually. It is absolute garbage. You are crooks stealing from students. You lost a customer, and a family of customers (4 kids). Dumb move. Goodbye.
