awful and hard to navigate

i keep having a and experience with turbo tax incorrect info is being uploaded and the questions I'm being asked is irrelevant and i was forced to pay for some account from 2023 that i no longer have that was paid on taxes last year. I tried to file under free turbo tax and they forced me to pay 189$ for a HSA i no longer have.
