Not upfront about pricing

TurboTax wasn't very upfront about their pricing. They make you pay $80 or so for a return that isn't a 'simple tax return' and spring that on you at the end of the whole filing process. The price is fair, but they don't make it a point to tell you what a 'simple tax return' is at the beginning of the process, leading most to believe they will get away with the free edition. Otherwise the filing process was pretty easy. Took me less than 2 hours
