Not military friendly

The software was very cumbersome when it came to the military spouse relief act. The help button defined what the act was, however the software had no option to select that spouse was military and the only way to ask a simple question was to upgrade which cost additional. Also not a fan of the 6 percent service charge to pay my taxes if using a card.
