Pretty Straightforward

Pretty straightforward. I appreciate that they explain where I have to agree to something to move on. However, I do wish they wouldn't ask so much if I want to upgrade. I know the choice I made at the beginning comes with fewer features. I don't need to be asked every other screen.

Excellent Guidance!

I made a mistake on my tax return and the Tax Expert I spoke with was excellent. He was able to research my mistake. He offered multiple ways for me to correct my error. I did what he was and my error was corrected allowing me to receive the refund I was owed.

Easiest way to file taxes

It was quick and easy even if you didn't have an actual person to speak with during the process. The guidance and explanation for items I wasn't certain of made it really fast to file my taxes.
