Easy, simple, user friendly

For many years I've enjoyed using TurboTax and each year it has gotten more user friendly and made filing that much more simple and easy for me. This will likely be the way we do our taxes for many years to come.

Learning Curve

A very steep learning curve after 20+ years of using your CD version. I found myself more than a little frustrated going over what seemed to be redundant material. After finishing, I realized much of my frustration was caused by having to adjusting to a new system versus major problems with the basic structure. I expect it to much easier next time.
