Turbo Tax is awesome

When I filed on a laptop it was much easier than the app, I had to get assistance from a representative, but Nakeina stayed on the phone with me the entire time and helped me with the issue I was having.

Turbo tax makes taxes easy and stress free

Easy to use and follow! Made filing my taxes simple and straight forward with little to no effort needed. Everything transfered from the w2 into the app accurately. And the description of the tax breaks were a very helpful feature! Happy to have used it for the past 5 years and still planning on using it for the foreseeable future!

i am no longer able to use the free version of turbo tax after upgrading. when i try to go back to the free version, it states that i have other credits that it needs the deluxe version for, even though i only have 1 W-2. Horrible company.

Super easy to file, especially filing standard deductions. Very easy to navigate the system, and if there are any questions, the answers are right there.
