I used to like Turbo Tax, now I hate it and will not use it again. My taxes are simple and should be fast and straightforward to complete. Turbo tax seems to be focused on upselling, upselling, upselling. Your product is now so confusing, so needlessly confusing. Never again

TurboTax: A Summary

The program was simple, quick, and easy to use. A little tricky on getting you to pay for extra things while already stressed, and trying to make sure everything was correct. Having a more straightforward line of payment options to Turbo Tax would be incredibly valuable in customer trust.

It used to be free, and well I was forced to have to pay for the deluxe, despite only having to file a w2.
in past the only time I had to upgrade was if i had a 1099 INT. which i did not have this year so a bit agitating.
