Not Transparent Enough

I believe you need to be more transparent about your costs upfront. You basically have the user go through their entire return and then at the end present multiple charges.

the only reason I wanted to file with turbotax was to get my return instantly but apparently I didn't qualify for the immediate return, and they don't say or mention the qualifications or if there even are qualifications until you have already paid and can't cancel anymore.

Somewhat confusing but overall good

Able to navigate the website after I received my W2 in the mail. Prior to I was not understanding that my revenue from one of my W's was actually not going to be imported as the website stated.
Pros: My employment status changed this year
