I am use to using the software but because of support issues and weighing the cost of a new computer I prepared this on the website. I had a slight learning curve.

Be wary and know all their fees

Overall, it is a good platform with many features and guidance for “free” users. However, the “free” moniker stops there as you are bombarded with unknown and opportunistic fees such as using your federal refund as payment method. You can believe it, yup there’s a fee for that as it is a deluxe member feature. Wow

I WAS GLAD I COULD GO BACK SEVERAL TIMES TO MAKE SURE THE INFORMATION THAT WAS ENTERED WAS CORRECT. IT WAS EASIER THAN I THOUGHT IT WOULD BE.
