TurboTax Should Be Easier/Affordable

I went through the entire process of entering my stuff and had to pay $79 at the end just because I have an HSA account. I find that ridiculous since I did all of the filing on my own.

Took forever to get almost half my refund back, over half went to your frees on a supposedly "free" product. And you slipped in another $44 for some premium service. I will NOT use your services in the future! I did most of the work, declined every upsell... I am advising my friends not to use this scam. If you advertise its free, it NEEDS to be free.

Was very easy! I didn't have to talk to anybody to do my taxes at all. The sysem walks you right through it.
