Easy To Use

Really easy to use.I like that it checks multiple times prior to submitting. I was able to pull this up on my phone and computer making it easy access. I appreciate all the extra features to ensure it gets done properly.

Turbo Tax is quick and easy!

Using Turbo Tax is great and easy. I use it every year. The only issue with Turbo Tax is that this site claims you're able to file your taxes for free but fail to mention the multiple fees at that the end. Filing is free. However, when it's time to e-file said "free file" it's a $40 fee. Then, if I chose to use my refund to pay said $40 fee, it's an additional $40 fee. Like what? THEN, if I chose to have my refund deposited into my bank account rather than their provided Credit Karma card, it's another $35 fee... I ended up paying the $40 e-file fee directly from my bank account to avoid the extra $40 fee they would charge had I used my refund, and paid the $35 fee from my refund to have my refund direct deposited rather than receiving their provided card.
In all, yes turbo tax is great but it's not FREE as advertised. The fees will get you. I will say filing through turbo tax is quick and easy, and they are very informative, so I guess there's that.
