TurboTax makes it easy to file my returns. Everything is straightforward and they have great resources if I have any questions. I've been using TurboTax for a few years now and have no complaints.

Awesome, except for entering the IP PIN

Everything was awesome until I had issues on where to enter the IP PIN. You need to make this process A LOT EASIER!!!! I was very frustrated and almost asked for my money back and filled out the paper forms. It took me almost an hour to figure it out. Plus your help screen would post "This feature is currently not available. Please re-load the page and try again."
