TurboTax was simple

Process was easy and simple, but I don't feel you should charge for direct deposit the refund into my checking account.

Quick, easy and reliable

I have been using Turbo Tax online for over 10 years because I find it quick, easy and reliable. One thing this year that was disappointing was the number of times during the process that a screen popped up trying to convince me to add on additional services for more money. I don't mind a reminder in the beginning and at the end but throughout every section is too much. This factor made me change my rating to 3 stars.
Pros: My employment status changed this year
