Good for simple returns

TT is easy to use, and if you have a relatively simple return, it goes very quickly. It does try to get you to purchase a bunch of extras you probably do not need; however, it does not make it challenging to decline them.

Opaque pricing structure

I will never use this product again. Pricing is opaque and pages are constantly trying to either pressure you into spending more money or try to get you to agree to share your data.
