I use this tool year after year and it hasn't failed me yet. It is convenient and helpful. The questions the site presents definitely lead to clarifying answers about many terms or ideas that may seem confusing.

Turbo tax lobbies to be the only way you can file your taxes to extort every US citizen out of about $100 at minimum. They have a monopoly on something we legally have to do every year. Literally the devil incarnate

Long time customer, sort of disappointed

I've used Turbo Tax for 13 years now, and I have had great experiences with their site and everything, quick and easy to use. Though, I feel, the past 2 years I've been forced to upgrade from Free Edition to Deluxe for different reasons each time. If it occurs again when I file for 2026, I'll be moving on to a different online tax advisory and submission. It's unfortunate, being a long time customer, I hope it doesn't come to that.
