Awful interface

The user interface was absolutely horrid. I was filing through credit karma and they required me to finish the filing through the app in order to get free filing, but it was super choppy, kept flipping me from the app to chrome and back to the app but would often fail to bring me back to where I was in the process. Then at the end it kept saying there was an issue with my name in my state tax filing but every time I tried to fix it it said there was still an issue. It took an hour longer than it should have because of all these issues. Will not be using this service need year.
