My last year with turbotax

I've been using turbotax for over a decade. This will 100% be my last year without hesitation. It's gone from being completely free to adding fees for everything. I understand charging eventually when a company takes off. But this is greed.

It was alright I was disappointed when i had to upgrade to the deluxe package just because of my returns and having to pay to file when i chose the free option.

works great easy to use

very easy to use, a lot of helpful articles, and explains a lot of different parts of filling that can be very confusing. love that it imports my w2s and i don't have to fill it in. has gotten a little expensive i miss when it was free/ cheaper but is very easy to use
