The charge you more than they say

Double charging is getting overrated and yall do it secretly.
I completed the filing and afterwards it's was rejected and I had to fix only 1 thing, how did my processing fees go up 10 more dollars from, $118 to $128. Nothing explained or agreed on, yall forcing ppl to pay yall after we are already agreeing to do business with yall

Great Platform!

I've used a few tax prep platforms and TurboTax has, by far, been the easiest to work through. The platform is extremely user friendly, it thoroughly explains whether situations apply to you or not, and it even got me a credit I didn't know existed.
Pricing is about the same as other products if you're filing a relatively easy form. I don't have itemized deductions nor qualify for a lot of credits, so I can't speak to price for more complicated returns. I would highly recommend TurboTax and will be using it in the future.
