Turbo Tax is easy to use and helpful when you have questions. I appreciate they offer a quicker return and hopefully, once my return is accepted through the IRS, I don't have any problems receiving my refund. This is my first time trying the advanced refund/5-day refund and I am praying it goes through with no complications. This is a very convenient way to receive your refund. I do feel that the processing and additional fees are a bit high, but you're receiving your return quicker. I've been using freetaxusa.com for the last 5 years and decided to give Turbo Tax a try because of the situation I am in. Fingers crossed that everything goes through quickly and effectively. Hopefully, I'll see my refund deposited into my account within 5 days as this site mentioned it would be.

turbotax forcing unneeded upgrades and fees

website is always pushing to upgrade to a more expensive plan or making options that generate turbotax more money in the long run. Ie getting returns 5 days sooner for a additional charge, upgrading to a "max" plan, having any return go through turbotax to cover filing fees and then charging a processing fee to have it deposited into person filing's account
