TurboTax is Turbo

User friendly with lack of bothering me with help chat bots. Easy to work website with all information included to provide assistance if needed. Filing made easy and feeling as though it was done right, no issues from the government. Step by step is easy to follow, making doing your taxes stress free and organized. Fee's you pay to use this service are similar to all the other tax services. It's personal preference... it's 2026..
Pros: My employment status changed this year, I moved

I have been a Turbotax member for many years and will not use any other company. They are reliable, honest, helpful, and efficient. The ease of uploading all documents rather than input information is always a plus too. I can always trust the information is accurate.
