Easy to file, simple instructions

I file with Intuit every year. I used to file at a tax office many years ago and it took forever, this is quick, cheap, aand easy.

I have used turbo tax for years at times it does get tough but the help features and little information bubbles are exactly what i needed. Super happy and will continue to use this platform for years to come.

I enjoy using turbo tax but its always a catch to something. If it says free then at the end yall want charge for the services. ITS NOT FREE....The company needs to correct that and see its a fee. You can only file for free for certain things. Im pretty sure its very confusing to alot of people who uses the service.

Easy to use, but it is not free!

I have been using Turbo for the past 6 years! Very convenient an easy to do! I dislike that they now have all these fees. It is not free to file for everyone, they ill force you to upgrade if you have several documents. My free filing ending up being $118!
