Deluxe Version is a scam

I always file for free but this time I decided to use the services provided by turbo tax. I was highly dissatisfied with the service because it did nothing different than the free version. To be honest it feels like a scam. The ad told me I needed to use the deluxe version to claim a child credit. I then selected the deluxe and nothing changed on my taxes. I terribly regret spending $79 for nothing. I will definitely warn my friends and family who will be using this service to file their taxes.

I have been using turbo tax for years! its super easy to use and doesn't take very long to do, my only complaint is I feel like they raise their prices significantly every year so I don't know that I will be using them again next year as there is other software that can be used and easily done for a cheaper price.
