thankful they make it easy for me to do my own taxes every year without any issues. wish the fees weren't so expensive but besides that, love to use it

I love turbotax! I've been using it since I was 19 and they make it pretty easy to use. I like how if I have questions they have 24 hour help and they have tabs that explains sections im not familiar with. My one thing is they kinda up charge for different plans but you don't need to use them without it the site is straight forward.

Annoying, redundant. They overcharge you upfront, then they tack on hidden fees after you've already paid to file your return. I will never use TurboTax again.
