I have worked as a customer service rep and in investigations to allow a customer to regain access to their account once they are locked out of it for Intuit TurboTax. I love TurboTax!

Excellent program that guides me every step of the way. I was even able to correct and re-file electronically after state initial rejection due to missing info. Thank you very much for making taxes simple for me without having to leave the house to file!
