Easy to use and great Customer Service!

I had a Turbo Tax rep call me to figure out why my daughter wasn't qualifying as a dependent for me. She was extremely helpful and friendly and helped figure out I checked something I wasn't supposed to! The issue was fixed in a matter of minutes and it was really slick that she could program in to my computer to see what I was seeing!

Very easy to complete. However. they added fees even though it's promoted as do it yourself at no cost. In past years there were no fees for this option.
