I've been using TurboTax for over 10 years now. It is incredibly easy to use. I really appreciate how my information is saved in my profile year over year so all I need to do is log in to access previous years returns.
Pros: My employment status changed this year

USE TURBOTAX NO MATTER WHAT!

I have used TurboTax for half a decade now and t hasn't let me down yet. It's extremely simple to use for anyone who has never prepared a tax form before. It's accurate and explains everything thoroughly for everyone to understand. Yes, I could complete my taxes by hand, but I prefer to use TurboTax to ensure accuracy and ensure I'm getting the highest return.

Hidden fees, stealing your money

You forced me to pay $49 for a service that should’ve been free all because I had student loan deductions. Then charged me $40 to have the fee deducted from my return. Then charged even more to get it 5 days sooner. Just like everything else in this country your company is stealing money from people.
