Turbo Tax is a Rip Off

Guidance was very bad. I thought I had a $50 fee but you slid in more charges. I will never use this service again. Somehow it went up to $129.00 You DO NOT explain things very well especially for seniors. What a gyp.

Turbo tax hidden fees

I selected the supposedly “free” service and ended up being charged $163. Just to do it myself was $49, to file state was an additional $39, to pay for it with my refund was another $40, to have it delivered 5 days early was $35, then there was 2 additional charges for $40/each one was a transfer fee and the other was yet another unnecessary processing fee just for using their services which if I’m not mistaken I already paid for when I paid the first $49. My grand total was $163 to file both my federal and state returns. The hidden fees ar unacceptable. Transparency is key.
