The interface and overall program worked amazingly this is now my 7th year in a row using turbo tax and needless to say i am always left satisfied and happy with my return and the excellent features i utilized through the program and always very satisfied with my return!!! thank you again for another year of making filing easy!!

Terrible experience I feel robbed there was nothing wrong with my return but you made an issue just to charge me after I already filed for free I will never use turbo tax again way too stressful and again I wa robbed..
Pros: My employment status changed this year, I moved

turbotax is great but the price keeps going up.

I have always loved turbotax. However, every year they keep charging more and more fees. I remember when I used to be able to file completely free.

It was an easy experience and hassle free. Instructions were clear and easy to follow. I have Lupus and deal with brain fog at times. It makes it harder to focus, etc. Even with dealing with that fog, I still found it easy to do. I have been using Turbo Tax for many years now and I don't believe that will ever change.
