I LIKE TURBOTAX AND THIS IS ALWAYS WHAT I USE, BUT I FEEL ITS A BIT EXPENSIVE FOR LESS THAN AVERAGE INCOMES LIKE MINE.

Website was very easy to use and understand, the help pages were also very useful and did a good job dumbing down the information. Site did a great job explaining what credits and refunds I was getting and why I was getting them.
