almost 20 years, no plans to switch!

I have been using Turbotax for almost 20 years. I have always appreciated how easy it is to navigate through my taxes by answering simple questions, and they offer explanations in case you get confused - not to mention they have a live chat support so you can talk to someone if something doesn't make sense. Its is also very convenient to already have all of my info saved, and the fact that they can import your W2 from certain payroll companies is a HUGE plus.
