Processing fees

Although I am used to using Turbo Tax, I am disappointed that they charge an additional processing fee after you have paid a 39.00 fee for using a deluxe version. The government is already taking enough from our taxes, why not make it free to use and charge the processing fee only?
Pros: My employment status changed this year
