Your system and company did a bait and switch with the fees. I saw the advertised cost on the right side of the screen no understanding that was an active screen-in-screen box that held the access to products I wouldn't have chosen had I been given the chance to change my mind. You don't allow refunds? What kind of firm denies a refund on a service? I will NEVER use this service again. You got me this time, but best believe never again. This trickery will be broadcasted.

Turbo Tax is frustrating.

I have used TurboTax for multiple years to file my federal and state tax returns. I always have to enter all information manually, it never pulls info from the previous year's filings. I find that to be very frustrating.

TurboTax is not as good as you think

it is not as easy as it advertised. It does not provide clear materials that required to complete filing. There was no single forms that share a list of possible forms that needed to file quick and efficient. I thought I have everything, but I did not have my 2024 return downloaded and om hand to finish. It is quick to ask you to pay their fee, but not giving a clear before use he program information made me feel that was a scam.
Pros: My employment status changed this year
