I have been using TurboTax for years, and it has been a seamless and positive experience every time. They have the Live help if needed, however with my simple tax situations I haven't had to use them! I personally will be using TurboTax in the future!

Turbo tax is nice But Beware of hidden fees

Very Quick & easy to file and enter your information but a new $40 processing fee is pretty expensive for when the price of filing taxes is also going up. Ive used turbotax for the past 3-4 years & I am highly considering not using turbotax next year just because of this.
