Efficient but a bit annoying

Overall it's an efficient way to file taxes. There are two things I don't like. First, constantly being asked to upgrade to more expensive options. Second, being asked to upload my information to Turbotax and Intuit. I had to carefully read what I was signing. Why should I have to decline uploading my info? Both of these are annoying

$128 in fees is ridiculous. Why do I have to pay to get my own money back? Yeah, it gets the job done smoothly but at this cost? It costs a quarter of my refund to even get my refund back. Ridiculous.
