Worst Scam Ever!

Horrible experience! I wasted 3 hours only to get to the end and discover that I was being charged for a premium program ("Expert Asst")... I had to clear all info and start over from scratch. The second time around, there was a glitch with the program and it wouldn't allow me to edit the default information.
Pros: My employment status changed this year

This was the most torturous experience I've ever had with TurboTax. It used to be so straight forward, but this year was terrible! Especially when it came to submitting the returns. I just pray they got sent, although some of that trouble may have been to the IRS site itself. I never received that new PIN code for this year, nor did I expect to. Your prices have increased considerably as well. Not sure I will use your service next year.

Confusing process, bad experience, not happy.

Confusing, a lot of times hard to understand, bad experience now, as opposed to the experience to years before. The prize of $79 was misleading and state tax fee of $64 was added at the end in addition making the whole process not only painful but expensive.
