Turbo Tax is very disappointing

I was unable to find different forms icon. I indicated that I did not want to file state but it was still filed and I was charged $39.

Advertise free service but will try to suck every penny from you. Said I didn't qualify for free tax filling service because of I was I had Life Long Learning Credit even though I wasn't eligible for it as well. If you want better services, go to the IRS website and they have a list of trusted partners who do similar services as TurboTax but are better.

High cost
