IT'S MISLEADING AS FAR AS COSTS

Every year you advertise FREE version and that's what I choose and some how you all manipulate customers into other versions and at end there's a charge! I UNDERSTAND THERE'S A COST TO STATE BUT MY VERSION HAD NO WANTED CHARGED EXTRAS AND STILL I WAS CHARGED AND IT'S MISLEADING. i HAVE REFERRED OTHERS TO YOU IN LAST 15-20 YEARS AND IT SEEMS TO NOW BEAN ADVERTISEMENT GAME OF HOW MUCH YOU CAN CHARGE A CUSTOMER WITH UNWANTED STUFF. i MIGHT JUST CHOOSE ANOTHER PROVIDER NEXT YEAR!
