Respectfully, fire everyone!

This has been the single worst experience of my entire life. I have wasted nearly 3 hours of my day. I completed the entire return in an hour and spent 2 hours promising to every computer in north America that I am who I said I am even though I had entered all of my personal information several times already. I am glad that your application had colorful lights, and cartoons of dancing individuals however may I suggest that the time spent on these things be diverted to making the process of proving who i am less aggravating. I appreciate that this process is a complicated one. I do not appreciate that you obviously have hired individuals who are completely disconnected from your average consumer. I hope that someone reads this and either gets furiously upset or laughs that they are not alone in identifying the problem.

Great program, Expert Assistance available

I appreciate being able to complete my taxes with guided questions and reviews along the process. This year I actually had a problem entering some information and was able to quickly get in contact with a representative who was able to help me figure out how to get the information submitted correctly and quickly, with 1 phone call. I was very relieved that I didn't have to give up and head to an expensive tax preparation company.
