Turbo tax is false advertising & predatorial serv.

My experience is that you completely falsely advertised your product levels. The application also continuously bombarded me with questions and advertising trying to force me to upgrade my package which I did not want to do. I am completely dissatisfied with my experience and your predatorial methods of forcing users to upgrade their packages.

It's all good until you get to the end

It's easy but charging you that much at the end is crazy. It should just let you know in the beginning that it is a requirement and not voluntary

turbo tax works good it would nice if there was a way to pay out of federal return and still get a paper check but it works well

Getting too sneaky

I have never once been charged for schedule 2 - additional fees and I have worked at the same place for 11 years. Too many hidden fees and trying to take away from people's hard earned money.
