easy to navigate

it was easy to do,and not to bad of price. i use them almost every yaer cause they just incorporate in previous info for a quicker navigation.

Familiar but expensive

A lot is confusing. Like medical expenses. I tend to just skip things like that even though I had an $83,000 surgery this past year. Also, many hidden fees. You think you can file for free but in the end it cost $163

Seems like every year turbotax tries to tack on another charge for filing taxes. 120$ to file my own taxes is crazy.
