Making the change

I have used Desktop TurboTax every year since 1998. This year was the first year where I used the online version. It is OK. There are a few glitches and I prefer to have the data stored locally, but I will continue with online TurboTax next year and see if it meets my expectations.

Almost a Great Service

Decent and easy method to self-file taxes. However, there are lot of hidden fees and sales "traps" through the process. Many times where you think you have to pay for something that you do not need. Be careful and read everything well. Do not be mislead by the tricks and traps.
