I could not down grade my tax prep fee. I tried everything I was told to do. It would not down grade, I feel like it is a scam saying it's free.

No matter how many times you press NO DONT ADD your max benefits of 44 dollars you still add it. The only to transmit your returns is to agree to your scam. Since you did not learn anything from the last class action lawsuit it is time for another one

Took way too long. I didn’t see the fee until after I submitted payment. Also, why do you need drivers license numbers ? I was able to submit the return without her number. Now I guess I’ll figure out how to print my return. I’m not sure my ct. state return is complete.
