I'm not sure what changed but I've used your product for years and this year was the most difficult thus far. Change it back and get rid of all the extra charges.

Not sure how a government funded website that takes a portion of every single persons tax return, mind you we have to use these sites. And still somehow my returns get denied over something so small so easy to fix yourselves but no, too much work? Not enough Ai assets? Whats the excuse here? It’s a common known issue and yet it’s on us after we work all year and still file returns and you take your “fees” which are complete dumb and parhstill it’s on my over simple mistakes. The lack of notice about my returns getting denied is also ridiculous. I know you all will never do any better we only get worse from here so from the bottom of my heart please go wipe tonight with the “fees” from my return

This was the first time I've done this in a long time since purchasing my home. I found it very difficult to use. Just when i thought i was finished I found out i was not and i had no past files to help.
