I started Using Turbo Tax since 2018 and I am so glad I did, I don't have to pay hundreds of dollars to someone else when I can do it my self.
Pros: My employment status changed this year

We've been using TurboTax for at least 5 years at this point, and it's been easy-peasy-lemon-squeazy the entire time. We've had no inaccuracies in our tax returns, no audits from the IRS, and tons of explanations along the way through the UI on the website. It's great.
